When you enter our office, you will be welcomed as a member of our family.
If possible before your visit please print and complete the forms located in the New Patient Center under Online Forms. Bring your completed paperwork to your first visit.
Also if possible please bring your most recent blood work and any other important imaging or laboratory studies. This intake paperwork will provide us with pertinent health information relevant to your specific condition.
Next, the doctor will review your history and discuss your health-related problems. This visit is designed for our doctors to learn about your specific concerns and goals for treatment and create a treatment plan utilizing chiropractic and other modalities to meet your specific needs.
After the doctor has taken a full history and addressed all of your concerns, she will proceed to perform an examination. Tests performed in an examination include a neurological exam, orthopedic exam, postural analysis, reflexes, muscle tests, and palpation.
Depending on your presenting condition, we may refer you out for imaging like X-rays or MRIs. If you have had any imaging or blood work performed in the last year, we recommend that you bring it with you to your initial appointment so we can get a comprehensive overview of your case and specific needs.
