Payment Policy: Our services are provided with the understanding that payment is not contingent upon the outcome of care. Insurance coverage varies, and we cannot guarantee reimbursement. As out-of-network providers, we do not bill insurance companies directly. Instead, patients are responsible for payment at the time of service and for submitting claims to their insurance carriers based on their individual plans. For your convenience, we are happy to provide a Superbill to facilitate the reimbursement process when applicable.

Refunds: We offer prorated refunds for any unused, prepaid services should you choose to cancel your plan. However, please note that refunds are not available for any product purchases, such as supplements or other health-related items.
