Anxiety-related symptoms can be experienced by a large portion of society. Men, women and children, both young and elders, can report one or more of the related feelings of anxiety such as overwhelm, tunnel vision, aggression, and racing heartbeat on occasion. But what happens when these occasional natural reactions to stress become frequent, or interfere with everyday life?
It is vital to overall well being that the underlying cause(s) of one’s anxiety be addressed.

It is vital to overall well being that the underlying cause(s) of one’s anxiety be addressed.
Knowing that anxiety can sometimes be a natural reaction to many triggers, it’s important to discern the root cause before embarking on a treatment that may be unnecessary or even harmful.
With many cases of generalized anxiety individuals may be suffering from an imbalance of their neurotransmitters (brain chemicals). There are four major neurotransmitters that are responsible for mood. Allopathic treatments typically only concentrate on one of them. With proper diet and sometimes nutritional supplementation we can gently rebalance neurotransmitters without pharmaceuticals. Often, we start with an Organic Acids Test to understand baseline neurotransmitter levels and contributing factors, then we customize a protocol for each individual patient.
